Service Procedures
Full Service for Anything Fueled by Propane
We have a full service department that can service anything fueled by propane. Call the office to schedule a service call.
Safety and Code Check
We start off by installing our tank or checking the customer’s tank. After everything is checked and the system is up to code, we can start delivering fuel. This is on a Regular Route or on a Will Call Basis only. Hot water accounts cannot be on a “will call” basis.
Commercial Propane Service
We run our commercial accounts as often as they need the fuel depending on your usage.
Residential Propane Service
We run our residential accounts monthly. Some customers require a delivery monthly, others once a year, again, depending on usage. We have a “Regular Route” or “Will Call” schedule. Hot water accounts cannot be on a “will call” basis.
